The Six Month Plan

Where will you be in six months time? Will you be better, stronger, happier? Two things are certain; that six months will go in the blink of an eye and you will be wiser, whether of your own making or just by experience. While so much of that six months is out of our control, so much of it is within your control. Decide where you want to be in six months, how you want to improve as a cyclist, athlete, person and then make a six month plan to get there. Now, when you wake up suddenly six months down the road, you may have fallen short of your target, you may have exceeded your expectations but one thing is for sure, you’ll be a more fulfilled person. Don’t just drift along the trail of ‘normal’, Never Follow and make a plan to achieve ambitions.
