Rev Up the Engine

Trying to drop a few pounds or just maintain your race weight? Body weight is the cause of a huge amount of worry, stress and despair but it doesn’t have to be, it’s under your control and you’re in charge. The main weapon in your arsenal for controlling weight is activity; revving up the engine gets everything working and turning over. You’ll come out of any activity feeling better, brighter and with more energy. You can also wear that smug grin, a badge of pride for doing what most can’t be bothered to do. If you’re just setting out, don’t feel that you’ve got to run a marathon on day one, start small and work your way up; walks turn into trots, trots to jogs and jogs to runs. Every little helps and doing anything is better than doing nothing. The easy option and the one most people default too, is to park up on the couch but instead, Never Follow, kick up into a higher gear and hit the gas.
