Go Slow but Never Stop

In practice this is one for the runners but in our approach to life, it applies to us all. For those who have just started running or those conquering ever increasing distances, hitting the wall is an unpleasant experience; the tank is empty and the legs feel like they’re made of lead. The urge to quit at this point weighs on you like a sturdy steel anchor dragging in the mud behind you and that inner voice tries to find every excuse why you should stop. Never stop, for stopping signals the throwing in of the towel and admitting defeat. Slow down, even if to a trot but never stop. You will soon find you pull through and discover unknown reserves. Never Follow, you have the strength and courage to keep going.
